Cancellation Policy - AIME'E CRUISES

At Aime’e Cruises, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and amendment policies are designed to provide clarity and fairness while ensuring smooth operations.

Cancellation or Amendment Policy

All requests for cancellation or amendments must be made in writing via email or fax and acknowledged by Aime’e Cruises.
The following charges apply depending on the time prior to check-in and the number of cabins booked:

From 1–2 cabins

More than 7 days prior: Free of charge
From 06–03 days prior: 50% of total rate
Less than 72 hours or No show: 100% of total rate

From 3–5 cabins

More than 30 days prior: Free of charge
From 29–15 days prior: 25% of total rate
From 14–07 days prior: 50% of total rate
From 06–03 days prior: 75% of total rate
Less than 72 hours or No show: 100% of total rate

From 6–10 cabins

More than 46 days prior: Free of charge
From 45–30 days prior: 15% of total rate
From 29–15 days prior: 50% of total rate
From 14–07 days prior: 75% of total rate
From 06 days prior or less: 100% of total rate

From more than 10 cabins / Charter booking

More than 61 days prior: Free of charge (charter: 30%)
From 60–46 days prior: 15% (charter: 50%)
From 45–30 days prior: 25% (charter: 75%)
From 29 days prior or less: 100% of total rate

Cancellation Due to Bad Weather

In the event of unavoidable circumstances (weather conditions, natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, pandemics, or directives from local authorities), Aime’e Cruises reserves the right to cancel or adjust services.

Guests will be offered alternative dates or services of equivalent standard. If the alternative is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
Aime’e Cruises will notify guests and travel partners as soon as possible with full details and options.

Cruise Cancellation Timing

Before departure from Hanoi

Guests receive full refund or alternative arrangement.

If cancellation occurs en route to Halong International Harbor

Guests receive full refund of transfer and immediate return to Hanoi.
If day trip is possible, guests may join with additional charges:
- Hanoi–Halong–Hanoi transfer
- Boat + lunch + day trip

If cruise ends earlier due to bad weather (3D2N itinerary)

Finish as a 2D1N cruise: charged accordingly
Cruise until 17:00 on the second day: 75% of 3D2N rate

Important Notes

All charges are based on total booking value.
Refunds will be processed promptly after confirmation of cancellation.
No refund is applicable for No Show.
