1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed with accurate personal information (full name, contact details, nationality, etc.).
A booking is considered valid once you receive a written confirmation email from Aime’e Cruises.
Special requests (dietary, cabin preferences, etc.) should be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

2. Payment Policy

Payments are accepted via secure online platforms or authorized partners.
All charges are in VND unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or official communication).
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period before departure (details provided in your booking confirmation).
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.

4. Amendments

Any change to your booking (dates, cabin type, passenger details) must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
Additional costs may apply for modifications.

5. Responsibilities of Guests

Guests must carry valid travel documents (passport, visa if required).
Guests are responsible for personal belongings; Aime’e Cruises is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Safety instructions provided by the crew must always be followed.

6. Responsibilities of Aime’e Cruises

We are committed to delivering services as described, but reserve the right to adjust itineraries, facilities, or schedules due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
We ensure compliance with all maritime safety regulations and provide insurance as required by Vietnamese law.

7. Force Majeure

Aime’e Cruises shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, epidemics, or governmental restrictions.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased.
We are not liable for indirect losses, including missed flights, connections, or external travel arrangements.
